About Shipping and Delivery Services

1. How does the Borong Mall calculate shipping fees?

Borong Mall calculates shipping fees based on parcel weight and dimensions provided by the seller, as well as the rates of different logistics partners.

 

2. Can I change my shipping options?

No, you will not be able to change your shipping option.

 

3. Where can I find shipping updates for my order?

To view shipping updates for your orders, go to Orders under My Account via the Me tab on Borong Mall Websites > Select view for status of your order and click Next > View all shipping updates.

 

4. What if I am not satisfied with the delivery service?

If you’re not satisfied with the delivery service, you may leave a rating for Delivery Service when you rate your product(s) after confirming the receipt of your order.

 

About Orders and Cancellations

[Order Cancellation] Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by submitting a cancellation request. To do so, select Cancel Order in the Order Details page > Select Cancellation Reason > Confirm to submit.

Buyers can only submit one cancellation request for every order. If your cancellation request is rejected or withdrawn, you will not be able to submit another request for the same order.

 

Checking cancellation request status

To check the status of your cancellation request, select View Cancellation Details for the order via My Account.

If you no longer wish to cancel the order, select Withdraw Request > Confirm.

 

Note

Sellers are allowed to reject cancellation requests for orders that have been packed/arranged for shipment.

If necessary, you may discuss this with the seller directly via Chat or raise a return/refund request after you receive your order.

Refunds will be automatically processed upon successful cancellation.

[Order Cancellation] How will I get my refund for cancelled orders?

Refunds for successfully cancelled orders will be processed immediately, based on the payment method used. The refund process and time period are different for each payment method:

 

Credit Card/Debit Card

Payment will be credited to the card used within 7-14 working days, depending on the card-issuing bank.

 

Online Banking at Retail Stores

Payment will be credited to your account within 24 hours.

You will be notified via in-app notifications and email once your refund is processed. To check for such notifications, go to Order Updates via the Notifications tab on Borong Mall.

[Order Tracking] How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Use the Estimated Delivery Date from your order in Order Details Page or Shipping Information Page in Shopee App to gauge the delivery time.

Delivery time may range from 1 to 25 working days, depending on the nature of your order (local), the logistics partner, and when your order was picked up by them. This excludes public holidays and the logistics partner’s non-working days.

Air Freight: 7 – 20 Days
